I walked between raindrops

Just to get to you...

 

I traveled on a rainbow

And danced on its' colors

Just to see you...

 

I floated on a cloud,

Hop-scotched on the moon,

And jumped over the stars

Just to be with you...

Author's Note

This is a poem that I did a while back, it is inspired by a Nikki Giovanni poem, she is one of my biggest inspirations and I hope to meet her again some day soon...your honesty is always welcomed...
