I think we all go through elements of this when we're young. As you get older, these things tend to fade a little with responsibilities. Filling your mind with good counteractive thoughts helps.

Sometimes when we really listen to other people we DO hear ourselves - ya know? Poetry is an audible art form - meant to be read aloud and ...heard.Life isn't fair, but people CAN choose to be as fair as they can be.

Hello Dreamer 360. It is not a pleasant place to be when your mind is constantly feeding you negatives. This is where your lines took me. Our minds at time can be our worse enemy.
