Cycle of birth and deathA Poem by PolarPaddyA poem exploring the observational cycle of the soul from a prebirth conjectural realm into the physical world, grappling with the nature of life, death, and the possibilities of the herein after. In to this physical
planet we came, From the metaphysical
beyond the nave, With no recollection from
the same, Of what the transference
was to pave.
Ergo, we're born onto
this mortal plane, Where mankind's behaviour
causes pain, And human frailties are
openly unfurled, Snaring people to the
ways of the world.
At life's terminus,
sentience does promptly inverse, Our time in mortality is
almost perverse. Instead of birth, one
passes through death, With Gitchi Manitou
eternally there to be met.
When a life expires and
it's soul passes on, Will it recall life and
account for what it done, Upon crossing over
eternities door to what's beyond? Does life end or there's
perpetuation via reincarnation? © 2025 PolarPaddy |
