It's a painful emotion...yet satisfying

Dependence, was never on my mind

Attachment, a safe distance apart

Longing, a manageable twinge

Attention, a mere penny worth

…

It’s getting dark,

Primitive intents are gaining forte

Helplessness lurking in the miasma

Psychic answers plummeting haywire

…

Answers galore,

Expectations naïvely rising

Confusion plenteous

                                    But…clarity somehow reigns
