My Heart In His Mind

Am an imagination of a beautiful mind I guess,

 Or am a sacred heart in someone's pure heart.

Who, himself is the purest diamond of my heart.

He's  the diamond that'll  make my heart shine,

All the time, for the whole life.

Am an angel of his clean mind I guess,

He sketches me in his mind with his thoughts.

But my mind plays with him in my dreams.

And God witnesses my happiness with him.

And I'll keep him in ecstasy throughout his life.

 Throughout my life, on the road of life.

I love the way there's a slight uncertainty from the narrator, as if she's almost afraid to believe that she's on this guy's mind so much. I love the title & the theme of being the focus of another person's imaginings. These thoughts & feelings are well expressed thru-out. My only drawback is the way you use the word "heart" so much. I think there could be other ways to say this, so it doesn't sound repetitive. Heart is over-used in poetry. It's good to find new ways to say the things that have been said the same way over & over. But this doesn't detract from the way your message builds up to a heartfelt ending.
