Thunder.

Thunder.

A Poem by Sarah McKeever Hitt
"

Written from his perspective

"

She can not know

how when I see the looks she throws

my body has to be restrained

from running after her.

It's what she wants

She wants me to turn my life upside down for her

and tonight I might just do it.

What would she say if she knew?

It would scare her, no doubt

How cruel am I to think it funny?

It doesn't matter, she is too busy watching my face.
