Abstract soldier.

Abstract soldier.

A Poem by Sarah McKeever Hitt

purple hues of sincerety

hidden depth in insanity

ringing in my ears today

far from perfect grace.

Picture perfect man made glory

historic and enigmatic done

hold me close to your mind tonight

before I let you go.

Artsy for the sake of conversation

new and used at the same time

written on scrap paper lost in the shuffle

the story of the year

You.
