Always There, Always Care

Always There, Always Care

A Poem by Bethany Woody
"

Written for a friend

"

You take the time to listen

to the things that I don't say

and when my eyes moisten

you wipe my tears away.

Not with your hands

but with your laughing voice

you help me know I have plans

that I can make the choice.

You understand I'm afraid

to walk the empty road

You understand the price I've paid

to know what I have knoown.

So when trouble finds me

I know I can count on you

to help me get away free

to help me get through.

This was written for a very lucky person. This is a great honor to give to someone. I really enjoyed it spoke like whispers in my ear hearing a secret not yet told but only in the stage of thought.

Wonderfully Done!!!
