An Alouette

It's hard to unwind
from a failing mind
and long lost feelings of hope.
It's hard to be strong
when life has gone wrong,
and you've lost the will to cope.

Yet you can stand tall
and press against walls;
Know it's a passing season.
To get through is great,
It's never too late
if you know there's a reason.

I like this! It has good flow and a good message! Short but powerful! My only comment is that it's not often advisable to have "is" on a down beat, so I would suggest that the line go "It's never too late" instead. This is on the whole a gem! Much enjoyed! Well done!
