Dancing the dance of lifeA Poem by QuaddethI felt a warmth just knowing I wasn't in a rush anywhere. This will be the last poem i'll release for a while so savour it.Slow yourself, Take a seat, Take your time, Take the time to breathe. Oxygenate your brain, Ground yourself. Inflate your conscience. Do not neglect, Or fail to respect, The time you get, To watch others, Dance the dance of life.
As the boss man beckons, As the blue tit bleeps, As the bullet flies, And the sirens weep, As the hearse eases heavily and the mobile phone moans, I urge you to stroll, Sit, Watch, Watch the world worry themselves, Into that cold lonely pit. © 2010 QuaddethAuthor's Note
