Physicalities

Just a short one; there has been a major lack of uploads on my behalf. This poem was directed towards males of my age just focusing on their bodies and not minds.

Time is of the essence,

Some young men like to dedicate theirs with a gym presence,
I prefer to feed the mind,
How can you further yourself, if your physically inclined?
