Fury

I wrote this when I was frustrated with life and parents. Then I wrote this...

If a war was fought

Inside someone’s complex thoughts

       It would leave them torn

 

          A mind is fragile

But is two parts of a whole

    What if those two fought?

 

            Civilization,

It’s what keeps us from chaos

          Or is it a cage

 

    Humans have feelings,

But those are subdued by masks

      A mask or a Cage?

 

      People talk Comforts

People say ‘Express yourself’

   Even though talk is cheap

 

Why should wrath get caged?

Anger, fury, malice, hate

    They’re expressions

 

       Exemplify Wrath

Show it and get punishment

            Hypocritical…

 

            Civilization

Hypocritically needed

Why does wrath get caged?

I like it. Its very exploratory in itself... and leaves the reader with alot of questions, which really is the essence of its message. Good job.
