I’m Holding On..

Its not suppose to be this way..

I don’t want to fade away

I don’t want to break

And I don’t want to show emotion

But tonight I just can’t keep it in

I’m alone..

My sisters are in California

My best friend is busy

My boyfriend is in another state

My parents are in bed

Its so hard doing this alone

I need someone here to guide me through

Just until the man I love comes here..

I just need someone to look me in the eyes

And tell me its going to be ok..

Its so easy to tell me in a message or over the phone..

That’s why its hard for me to believe..

Nothing seems to get better…

I just want it all to work out..

I don’t know what’s wrong with me tonight,

This is just how I feel at the moment..

Tomorrow is a different day..

I am holding on.

...You're right..those kind of things are easily said. That doesnt mean its any easier for the other person though. I hope someone can comfort you through this hard time in your life.
