It just hurts too much...

 

Catch Me
I just kept my mouth shut
While I listened to you
Say all this nasty stuff about me..
Its just the last thing I need
I was in a accident
Not a serious one
But you didn’t even ask if I was ok
Why don’t you even care..
I didn’t get a hug
Or even “I love you”..
I’m slowly falling apart
Every inch of me is tired..
When will the day come
Where you just see me
Open your arms
And just hold me
Until you know I’m alright..
Because right now I’m not ok
I work so hard inside and out
I try so hard to keep together..
But my heart is breaking
Please someone catch me
Before I fall..

I really liked this one. It feels like what most of my work is about. I think you and I share the same kind of hurt. Isn't it awful when you're so full of hurt and you have nowhere to release it? At least we can both know we're not alone.

Wow.. soo sad.. beautiful warm and very powerful words flowing from your heart.. this one touches me so deeply.. we all have days where we feel like we are falling and need someone to pick us up.. be strong.. you can pick yourself up although it certainly is nice to have that hug. Try to find someone who understands, cares and use them as your sense of guidance and strength.. sometimes people use role models for this if it is missing in their lives.. such as someone you would aspire to be that you admire even though you don't know them.. if you are in school still you could speak to a guidance counsellor.. or maybe a teacher that you like.. and yes people do talk and without always thinking of consequence of another's emotions.. most people are guilty of this at some level.. prove them wrong!!! Love your openness and I can relate to this writing on so many levels.. have a Happy Easter and thank you for sharing!!!
