Every Girl and Every Guy

Every girl dreams about the beauty of love
Waiting to give up her heart to that one guy,
Hoping that he will not break it in two.
Every guy waits for love
Hoping to find that one girl,
He'd be willing to give his heart to.
Every girl accepts the heart,
Worrying of sacrificing their own,
Trusting him to take hold and never let go.
Every guy gives his heart,
Trusting she will do the same,
Worried about trying to hold on to this.
Oh tears run down her cheeks
Scared to death she’ll be hurt again,
And all she’s wanting to do is run.
Perplex expressions on his face
Not wanting to hurt her at all,
He let's her go.
