I See Everything

This is a picture of my eye <3

I See Everything
Sometimes I think too much
I stare off into space
I lose myself in my thoughts
And I forget who I am talking to

 

My heart inside is rare
All it does is care
Your automatically my friend
The moment you say hello

 

If your crying, so am I
You can flood my entire home
Until you have no more liquid
My arms are yours to be in

 

I can never put myself first
I’m always running around
Making sure your alright
I’ll do whatever I can

 

I hate seeing all them suffer
I witness it every single day
They think I am helping them
But their really helping me

 

I always sit and think about my future
I never know what it is
I know what I want it to be
But I don’t know if that’s what it will be

 

Everything happens for a reason
I can see that easier now
All the people in the world
I have the ones that matter most

 

If you can take a moment
And look at all you have
It will put tears in your eyes
Because those things are what makes us happy

This is a very heartfelt piece. I like that you've taken the point of view of someone who seems to give of himself more than anything else. He doesn't seem to have his own needs, as he is willing to lose everything for the upset person in his life. You've done well to continue the flow, and the bits of rhyme here and there really further the piece's flow.
Nice work, I'm so glad that there are people who care so deeply for others, just remember to care for yourself sometimes too.

Very heartfelt piece. We all take for granted what we do have, complaining about what we don't have. We also fail to take notice of those that are in need, fearing they may happen to want something from us. In many cases, all they want is a moment of our time...
