Anger

Anger

A Poem by R.a.Tru

Jotting what's in my head.
No quotes for what will be said.
Those emotions made me see red.
They disappeared and were put to bed.

Let me brief the case.
That anger would fill my face.
It shot me down without a trace.
Pursuit of sappiness, I would chase.

I beat myself down.
Speaks only in pronoun.
Altered my mood into a frown.
A jester but no lesser than a clown.

I was a fool.
Thought it cool.
But I went to school.
Learned not to be a tool.

Emotions.
New distortions.
Conducted a potion.
That anger ain't a notion.

You see.
No better than me.
Locked door, I lost the key.
Case closed, no more plea.
