I spend my time making friends with shadows on the wall
I scream and shout, but who hears my call?
I’m always sittin’ in my own pool of tears
My wounds are to stay, to defend my fears
I’m walking down the path to Hell
Will you grab my hand and pull me back?

I’m under too much pressure
I’ve been put to the test
I just want it to be over
I’m trying my best
To be rid of this hurt and pain
Because damn, it’s driving me insane

You don’t know how it hurts
Nobody understands
We can’t go wasting this time
It’s to precious
Savour the moment
For when I’m gone

For when I’m gone

I want to be free
Free of lies
Free of pain
I’ve fallen too deep
I’m just to weak
