Struggle

This Poem is about my struggle with depression and my feelings when I was at my worst during my journey to overcome my depression

I don't need help.......I need help
I don't want to do it...... I want to do it
I can't think....... I can't stop thinking
I want to be alone.... I don't want to be alone
I want to die

I must be strong
For myself and my family
My friends help me battle
They help me get through the day
I live for them and these moments
I must survive
