Much Pain for my Sham. FriendA Poem by JynxxI wrote this poem for my best friend. We both suffer from depression.
Who can relate? Tell me you can relate. You are a life preserver in infinite waters. You are a giver who rarely takes. You are a guardian angel, a life saver. Who saves you from drowning in those dark seas? Where is your life preserver? Who is your guardian angel? I see the boy behind the man. Your inner child trembles. He rages against all the "happy" people. How are you supposed to cope in hostile situations? How can you bear this? "My sad sorry cry out to the cutter: I'm cutting trying to picture your cold black heart." Some may live for today, some live for tomorrow. How do people live for joys, when there's so much sorrow? We are black sheep, dark clouds, weeds in the garden. We've been kicked while we're broken down. How can you bear this? This dark cloud hovers dilidently. They take your clothes, remove your skin. Hey man, cut out your sunny heart, mine's too dim. How can you bear this? Your inner child screams terror. You are, we are patients without patience; at war with ourselves battling every moment. We are contained in a swirling dystopia. Dark rooms, blank canvas', in Dark cloud's web. We are in Jigsaw's beheading death trap trying to get our keys, trying to survive. A blind mouse in a maze scurrying to reach the black box. The black box that tells your story, contains all that could help you, all that name you. Where's your black box? I want to save you. Are you scared? I don't blame you.
