Confusion - I didnt do anything wrong

The very beginning of the observation - I got angry but who could I speak to?

He is avoiding eye contact with me ever since he came back from his last trip.
For the longest time, I knew we were attracted to each other " he would never approach me but stole glances from afar whenever we were in the same room, for close to 18 months now.

He is a colleague " superior " so we understood we shouldn’t overstep boundaries in the workplace, though we never had this conversation.
We kept our interactions professional, but there was so much electricity in the air between the both of us.

Now what I notice is, he doesn’t even want to look at me, and I notice he even turns his back on me " he used to sit towards me, opposite me, and now he has his back against me these last few days.
If there are various exits in a room, if he sees I am taking one, he would go the opposite way.

I knew before that he was a shy/reserved person, but now I think there’s more to him extremely avoiding my interactions.
I knew he was married, but I never did anything to make him feel uncomfortable " even though maybe he could see that I like him.

He always played these mind games of ignoring me, talking to others but me... I think there has been a major shift.
Does he now hate me?
