His Lies

He told me he loved me,

He Lied

He told me he and I were going to fly to Ottawa this summer

He Lied

He told me I was the best thing in his life

He Lied

He told me he didn't care what other people thought

He Lied

Sometime better to run away and escape from a liar. Before the damage gets worst. I could feel the disappointment and unhappiness in the poem. A powerful poem. Direct and to the point.
