Rain - Pearls of Sky

Pearls of sky
Falling from high
Lulling the Sun
To lessen its burn
Tip tip tip
Joy they drip

Leaving pools on trail
Paper boats to sail
Kids play out
While parents scout
Tip tip tip
Joy they drip

Kissing the flowers
Hugging the trees
Music they sing
Making us swing
Tip tip tip
Joy they drip

Back they fly
As vapour to sky
Assuring to return
The next season
Tip tip tip
More joy to drip
