She Can Never Love Me

THIS IS A FICTIONAL POEM.

Life isn't very good at the moment because I'm in a state of dismay.

I thought I found the perfect woman but I found out that she's gay.

When I learned the truth, I felt dead inside.

I was on the verge of asking her to be my bride.

I thought that she was heterosexual but she's not.

She can never love me and it sure does hurt a lot.

The woman who I love is a homosexual, how can I go on?

I'm miserable because my chances of having her are gone.
