Rest In Peace, Hazel VIA Poem by Randy JohnsonDedicated to Hazel (2018-2023) who died two years ago tonight on December 9, 2023
Two years ago tonight, I watched you die.
It made me unhappy and I started to cry. I saw the life leave your body and it was unpleasant to see. You were only five years old and your death surprised me. When you died, I stayed up all night because I knew I couldn't get any sleep. You were a wonderful Chihuahua and when I lost you, it sure did cut me deep. You suddenly became ill and died and your death made me grieve. Rest In Peace, Hazel, it was terrible when you were forced to leave.
