Burning memories

I wrote this as a prompt for a class, And I like it a lot. It was written in 2 minutes and 3 seconds.

I look down into the ditch on the side of the road. A body,Naked and Burning to a crisp in the shear sunlight. I have been coming back everyday since the murder to make sure no one took the only evidence that they would have to pin me to her murder.I decided to get rid of it.I take my only match and fiddle with it before lighting it in sparks against the concrete.I shrug and blow a kiss to the shriveling body as I throw the match to burn her body. With the body I burn the memories of her.
