The Loss Of LifeA Poem by Raven GoodpasterHer life, forever alive in my mind.
Grief flows from her eyes. Each tear, a small memory. Those old times with baby. Those old times that will forever haunt her. Her life forever frozen in a picture, hanging on my wall. Her shoes, her toys, her favorite doll. Priceless objects, that are as daggers to the eyes. This pain, which shall never end. This suffering will always haunt my dreams. Reality is all to real when you're living this nightmare. My hatred for this world surpasses all emotions. My disdain, forever my life. Those taunting memories infect my brain. I die to this self.
