The Black Sea

I thought I was stronger

Leaving the Ocean behind

Leaving the salty waves that bind

For the clear smooth river

I thought I felt the sunlight 

Warming up my back

But it was only the Sea of Black 

Taking back my sight

I thought of all the lies

So I wouldn't see the truth 

So I lay there in my youth

And in the Sea, I was just another lonely sigh

Captivating in the lines of this one...I saw the title...and thought the poem would be something about the Black Sea...literal meaning...I like how you convey here...the parting of something bigger only to realize you are a part of only something less significant...like in the last lines:

Some of us feel like a lonely sigh sometimes. Especially for us true writers. Also, sometimes it seems like our words can only hear us, once we shadow our thoughts onto paper.
