Please Stay,Do not go away

This poem is about my personal experiences with my friends and family members who have struggled with depression, suicide attempts and cutting

Dear My Dearest Friend,

Do not leave,

it isn't the end.

Do not go away,

it is not your day.

Hurry my love,

I'll protect you,

I promise,

I'll stay.

Do not fly away from me,little sparrow.

Do not leave me,little bird.

I love you,Haven't you heard?

Heres a whisper,it is not a tale.

I love you,even when you wail.

I am here to wipe your tears away,

Just please,please stay.

I'll try to take the pain away.

I'll wipe away your tears,

care for your scars.

Take away your razors.

Please stop,

You do not bleed.

Your love,my darling,do not leave.

You are the only one I need.

I can relate to this. I have a friend who often speaks of suicide and has committed personal mutilation before. I hope your friend is okay, if this is based off of personal experience. Nice write!
