Nothing Wrong

I never thought I’d find you,

And that’s the honest to God truth.

I never thought you’d find me,

I thought you got lost.

But once I met you,

Those doubts got tossed.

You made me open up,

When I knew you for only a day.

I could tell you  anything,

And you’d hold me and say ‘’it’ll be okay,’’

I could tell you I used to believe in Peter Pan,

And even then you’d understand.

I could wear my hoodie, and no make up on.

My flaws and imperfections I’d think you’d see;

But you’d see nothing wrong,

Because there’s nothing wrong with me.
