Your thoughts

Your thoughts

A Poem by Raymond Federle

I want to peek inside your head and look closely at your brain.
I might think that's good and such but others think insane.
I want to see electric lights, your thoughts how they flow.
I want to know what what's in your brain, just so that I know.

I want to pick your brain apart and see how the pieces fit.
I want to hold your mind and play with your thoughts a bit.
I wish I could, all this and more, through time and countless age.
But I will have to settle sore, your brains upon the page.
