Slow Death

Slow Death

A Poem by Raymond Federle
"

Slow Death

"

There were times I watched as night closed in.

It is not so much the start of night as the ending of the day.

A darkened spot, a stain indented.

Realizing that the brightest light casts the darkest shadow.

I wanted to freeze moments of time and I knew this was not my life.

Whispering dark secrets into the lonely emptiness of my room,

I hold myself, slowly tremble and die a little inside.

Everything is well complimented here, from the gif. the music and the poem itself. A great selection of colors on the palette. This was easy to digest and yet gain insight from, it was like a a full-course meal on a silver platter.
Love the ethos presented here.

I like this piece and the music you chose to put with it.
