Slow DeathA Poem by Raymond FederleSlow Death
There were times I watched as night closed in. It is not so much the start of night as the ending of the day. A darkened spot, a stain indented. Realizing that the brightest light casts the darkest shadow. I wanted to freeze moments of time and I knew this was not my life.
I hold myself, slowly tremble and die a little inside. © 2014 Raymond FederleAuthor's NoteReviews
