I have no idea what inspired me for this poem. I was just sitting around, and all of a sudden I was looking for paper and something, anything to write with.

In the name of love,

you keep me safe and warm.

In the name of love, 

I covet your beauty and grace.

In the name of humor,

I laugh at your jokes

In the name of joy,

I smile at your beautiful face

In the name of passion,

I shudder at your touch

In the name of our future, 

I want you to bear my children.

In the name of dedication, 

I wear your ring.

It is in the name of all these things,

that you are my one, 

my only.
