Tacos

Tacos

A Poem by Reddog19

Soft and fuzzy is the meat,
Tasty on my tongue.
Little peppers give it heat,
And I take a bite with love.

The cheese is perfectly melted,
The lettuce nice and crisp.
It tastes as if God had smelt it,
And blessed it with a kiss.

A mouse tries to take a bite
Of a piece that fell to the floor.
I stop it quickly with my knife,
And a taco it stole no more.

Tacos are my life, my love.
Tacos are my dreams.
Tacos should be their own food group
of the food pyramid, it seems.
