You take away the truth
you take away the lie,
you take away all things
drain the ocean till it's dry.
 
you take away the birds
you take away the sky,
just don't take the money
I've been saving all this time.
 
you take before I gain 
and your still unsatisfied 
this existential pain
far too often rectified.
 
I hope I can sustain 
with a rain of poets pride, 
and bump the rifles aim
from your cooperate suicide.
