Weeping Willows

Weeping Willows

A Poem by Renegade
"

no drop down for lyrics most of mine are in some way

"

Watch the smoke
It slowly billows
From the secrets
In our pillows
While emotion
Fills the narrows
Where all that stands
Are weeping willows

And the mind
It draws the blank
To help the soul
To find a hole
To block the news
That drew the blues
When all the cuts
All came in twos

Inner Bleeds
In deeds
A Solar freeze
On knees
As friendship bends
Then tends
The Polar Caps
Of ends

Watch the smoke
It slowly billows
From the secrets
In our pillows
While emotion
Fills the narrows
Where all that stands
Are weeping willows

And you spin
What you win
With a sin
While you
Lie to the sky
With a grin
While your life
Slowly sinks
With a stink
As your friends
All retreat
With a wink

As you panic
Like a manic
In disguise
While your eyes
Tell those lies
What a prize

Watch the smoke
It slowly billows
From the secrets
In our pillows
While emotion
Fills the narrows
Where nothing stands
But weeping willows
