Balcony Blues

Balcony Blues

A Poem by Renegade

Balcony Blues

Air Conditioners

Buzzn’ in my ear

Parking lot views

In five hues of blues

Two trees stand

To blind the mind

Cotton clouds stash

The pure blue skies

Mesmerize my eyes

And smooth my mood

It’s a brand new beat

It’s a different new

Balcony blues

And summer hues

Clear blues skies

To wake the fools

Trees that rustle

With a different hustle

When the wind blows warm

And it wakes the torn
