The Wind

Why would I yell into a canyon

that won’t echo back

Silence is silence is silence


Why would I raise a sail

without wind to fill


There reaches a point


I set my course

in the direction of the wind.

Revery... talent is talent is talent. This poem is so wonderful. I loved it from the very first line and as I finished it, how it rolled off my tongue.. made my eyes and mouth smile. I loved the reference to the canyon and then the sails and wind..such a beautiful poem, such a beautiful journey. Thank you for sharing another amazing poem.
