Opportunity Lost

Magnificent is your smile,

Looking at you as you passby,

Can't believe you're so beautiful,

That my heart roar wild.

You are alone,

On the highest floor of the mall,

Among the crowding people,

You're the only one,

Whom i want to approach,

But fear frozen my feet,

Like an animal caught on a bear trap.

You kept on motion,

I didn't make a move,

Wasted much time,

Lost you.

'Opportunity Lost'
Pale Moon,
This particulare response to an experience of seeing someone you found fascinating and lovely is very transparent in it's giving away of feelings. Fear of trying is something which we all experience. The idea that we want to try something new or to learn something new or as in this to meet someone new. It takes courage in this life. Courage is truly a mysterious and wonderful element of humanity. This poem would be even more interesting if you went on to write what further feeling you may of had or what other thoughts you have had. It even takes courage to write something as you did. Bless you in your life and work and socially as well.

This little scenario is so visual. I could see it being played out. What a pity fear can strike us at such a moment. I wanted you to shout out with all your might to attract her attention. The moment has past. Opportunity gone. I enjoyed this poem.
