Purple Hairs

Purple Hairs

A Poem by Richard Guimond

Purple hairs by Richard Guimond ©2015

I went to the grocery to buy milk
Served by pierced nose dyed hair kid
Then I asked her just to be silly
Is it true that purple got more fun?
She stuck out her tongue it was pierced too
I told that to my mom who laughed at this
''Remember Granma ... '' she said to me
A happy woman, a purple hairs granny!!!

very true Richard, plenty of purple haired ladies around, just goes to show there's nothing new under the sun, when we're young we just think there is :)
