This poem is so lovely it plays like a melody.
So tender and silky, it speaks to me.
How many hearts have you stolen or left throats swollen?
My dear man you are a rare gift with song,
Please don't keep me not waiting long
For another chance to hear your voice
Please understand I have no choice.
I'd love to dance to your tune
In the hour of midnights first June.
(Ok hardly is it advice to give or comment made. But I had to answer in this way, for to read your words is to dance in celebration to a man who celebrates women. Thank you for sharing

Sighhh! Such a compellingly stirring review you've gifted this doting poem and its graciously pleased author.
You certainly know how to catch a bard's attention, charming him with a delightfully sweet, warmly imaginative verse of your own.
Seems you celebrate men every bit as enjoyably as I do women.
For answering in the way you have, please, accept my warmest hug of thanks to thee, Dear Poetess! ⁓ Richard 🍃
Wow! I was directed to you by Gounwah. She described you as the master. Not to embarrass her, or you, but reading this as my first I am going to agree. Masterfully written. Complete and complex. True to its form. About poetry which always scores a point. And frankly, I thought you might be writing about Lightsong. I am anxious to read more. This was excellent!

It is an honor and pleasure to serve your interest and enjoyment in my poem upon this page, in homage to Ghounwah and all Our Faire Lady-Poets.
To be considered a Master Poet by such a brilliant poetess as Lightsong, herself, is graciously high praise, indeed, warming, gratifying, and humbling this olde bard.
That you agree, is more than could be expected … this is truly an unexpected gift.
Thank you for a very nice compliment, My Friend! ⁓ Richard🖌

Sir William! I like it! Though it does make me feel a bit olde.

Your verse is so well done that it is intimidating to a novice poet such as I. It reads in a classical manner and is replete with images and metaphors of a grand nature while the meter and flow of the poem seems flawless. Congratulations you indeed are a poet

Most gratefully, I am sincerely honored you've selected this poetic homage to our fair poetesses to read, praise, and critique.
That you've recognized my poetic skills so effulgently is, indeed, praise beyond any I could have expected, but I'm keeping every single word, nonetheless. : )

I'm so very happy you've found such bright favor in this lovely poem about You!😏
Your words of praise and reflection assure an olde bard that his earnest efforts to please have not gone unnoticed, unappreciated, or without a certain appeal.
Bless you with all the joy your lovely heart can hold! ⁓ Richard🖌
This poem is one of a kind. The title is also one of a kind, that's what lead me to read it. There was a poetess I collaborated with many times, and this poem is how I felt about her writing. Excellently explained and expressed.

From a poet of yours stature, such praise and expressed appreciation, combined with personal sharing, are beyond what a simple bard could hope, but I'm keeping every word. : )
May your collaborative dreams and poems be blessed by all the stars above! ⁓ Richard🖌
Far out! The muse in all her moods... Beautifully imagined, Sir. My first visit, but not my last. Lovely images, great words, shades of the old Masters.

Truly, any poetess would be awed, reading this remarkable poem. Women who write are inherently beautiful, being gifted with words, creativity and intellect combined with a very spiritual disposition. With your pen, you have breathed life into these divine women of every colour, culture, shape and size and its a pleasure to read. Richard, you deserve a big round of applause and appreciation for this wonderful write!

If truth be known, by virtue of such warmly expressed appreciation-filled accolades, I feel a bit awed myself, as though I'm floating just above the ground.
You always did have a special way of voicing a review that makes a bard's spirits rise and sing.
Considering your own words, Divya, you've perfectly proven the deepest essence and nuance of this poem's most ardent intention.
I bow most humbly and gratefully to thee, Dear Poetess.

Knowing you've read and reread it over and again, extracting the deeper meanings hidden within my humble words is the exact gratification I dared hope for, but never expected … still, I'm keeping every single word.😏
