Corrosion of the Mind

semi forced metaphors are fantastic, right?

Your mind is a battery.

Your thoughts are akin to the rampant energy coursing through the cells of your body.

You are created full of life and potential, the potential to power the world.

You are vital to progress yet have only existed on this planet for a short time.

But when a battery is left idle for to long, embedded within a single task, the energy causes corrosion.

Similar to how the thoughts in your mind, when deliberated too long, can corrupt your brain. 

And just as the battery does, 

Your mind dies.
