Hope

Inspired: Light up the sky by The Afters

Times are tough
But the melody still plays

 Like broken record
 Or the stars in the sky

Forever there
Never to fear

 Clouds may cover it
 Only to change into silver

 From the light in the far corner
 To the brightest star in the galaxy

It still remains
To bring travelers home

Forever saving the ones who believe
Salvation quickly steps at its side
 
Tangled in thorns
And the blade will help you

Open your eyes
And your mind

Can you see it?

The melody that plays on
And the silver that lines the sky
Hope is all around.
We mustn't forget this.

 Tears fall from our eyes
 As our sacrifices are created into victories
 
We all must call out
 Her army has assembled

Full of pride
 We walk in white and silver

Lighting up the heavens.
