Autumn's Ado

Out on a limb sways Vermilion

Waving to Goldenrod

Together with Amethyst and Pumpkin

Caught up in a grand act of God

 

They quilt a vast blanket on field grass

So splendid and brilliant in hue

Each bright season’s leaf

Which denies falling’s grief

Dances in Autumn’s ado.

Coming fast, the season of such beauty... The leaves are dying, but going out with pizzazz!
