There's a house full of Vegan hipsters up the street here who have chickens as pets. One of the few times I was over there I was standing in the yard talking with the two lead hipsters, a young, straight couple who think eating meat is a crime. one of the chickens came up to me obviously looking for food and I said "Hey Chicken. Two words. Barbeque sauce." It was all down hill after that.

LOL! A lot of vegans are humorless - but I say, you eat what you like and I'll eat what I like - and I just like veggies. :) Stay away from that tofu turkey - it is wretched!

Poor turkeys certainly try to be far, far away from the chopping block, but the axe falls, and we have turkey for Thanksgiving once again..........cute!!

fun..yet has a purpose ( : I wish our animals were at least given normal lives on a farm and not mass raised within the hands of cooperations… disconnects people from the gift of the animal….

I agree, Renee. I stopped eating meat for health reasons, but have learned so much about the inhumane practices. You make a good point about the animals being a gift - one that we do not properly appreciate.
