The RaceA Poem by Rita L. Sev<>Looking
out my window I
could see them in the race, their
colors intermingling as
sunshine warmed my face
The
runners getting closer, Spring
is finally catching up to
take the wand from
Winter’s grasp and
earn the winner’s cup
The
Seasons, they’re a-changing, it
was clear to me today; they’re
running almost side by side in
Nature’s grand relay © 2014 Rita L. SevAuthor's Note
