Where Flames FlowA Poem by Where Rivers WanderI’ll trace each spark Along The shadowed bends, Meeting Every flicker Where the river flows. To drown In that river Tasting secrets forbidden In a valley’s embrace The flicker you lit Is now The flame that grows Following your river I drift Tasting the flicker In the valley’s fold Where forbidden warmth Turns each pulse Into a quiet flame I sink within the throes Take me under Wrap me in your current Pulses as one Devoured in steam Thrusting deeper In your grasp Electric dance Sinking where it glows -Rivers -Wander
