Remember

Remember

A Poem by Darkest Rose

Remember the past,
Remember the pain,
Remember the death,
And remember the sin's,

Remember this,
Remember well,
Turn the page,
And start again.

So much to say,
So little time,
Just remember,
Remember the little things.

Remember the love,
Remember the passion,
Remember the last kiss.
Just....
                                                remember me....

When I first read this I dislike how it ended because for me it broke the rhythm. Then I got to thinking that was a good thing in a way I find hard to explain; A memory can stick in your mind until you break it off and breaking the rhythm kind of emphasises that point. That's the best I can do haha, but I did enjoy this poem, very sweet and saddening at the same time.

I love this... a lot, it says so much with sadness and yet smiles of memories and love. Love this stanza:
"Remember this,
Remember well,
Turn the page,
And start again. "

Oh my gosh! This was amazing and so sad at the same time. I loved how you used two different colors. There's nothing left to say but brilliant piece!!
