Water in the Church
A Poem by Anna
The nameless Heavy moment I felt forgiveness. After I’d fallen Hundreds and hundreds Of moments-- From which I had no Respite. I’ve been willing To be damned Naked before God. Now and every Unthreaded thought After-- After. I remember it all With no title No signature No name. I remember you By the silence-- In your presence All was mute and Deep, deep blue. Prayer becomes A harsh color That I scarcely know.

Beautiful poem.
I remember you
By the silence-- This line seems outstanding and tells every moment you wrote. Good work 👍

So much we must accept based off faith alone. Everything based off a book full of fairy tales and myths. Great read.
With love,
Matthew

Wow this is such a powerful piece that exposes the fragility of belief in religion in a very poignant poem
