Hurting to much to heal

Not quite sure if I'll ever heal
again, the pain hurt's real bad
A bit like a sore gut....
The tears flow like a river
drowning my very most inner being
As I lie weeping on my wet pillow
their is no more tears to cry
silence is my escape ....

If this is a current hurt (or even relevant to you), you probably don't want to hear this or accept it. But it does and will get better. I understand the pain and how traumatizing the tears, etc. can be... time and allowing yourself to mourn - (you) will be better... over time.
